Central location near San Marco Square, clean and well-maintained facilities, charming Venetian decor

Lack of air conditioning makes summer stays uncomfortable!!! Climbing several flights of stairs, especially with heavy luggage, is a real hassle!!! Poor signage makes it difficult to find the entrance, adding unnecessary stress!!!

Had a fantastic stay at Ca' Pedrocchi! Alvise was an incredible host, providing us with detailed information about local transport and dining. The room was clean and cozy, featuring a coffee machine with free coffee pods. The location is absolutely perfect, just a short walk from St Mark's Square, and we appreciated the daily cleaning service.

No elevator access. had to climb stairs.

We had a fantastic time during our 4-night stay, enjoying the unbeatable location just a few minutes from St Mark's Square. The room was clean and comforting, offering everything we needed, including a fridge and coffee machine. The staff went above and beyond, organizing a memorable trip to a glass factory on Murano, which we absolutely loved. My only wish is that there were an elevator to make hauling luggage easier.

We enjoyed a pleasant 2-night stay. our room was spacious and clean, providing a cozy retreat after exploring Venice. The location was ideal, close to major attractions. Don't forget to ask for coffee/tea service to relax after a long day. Highly recommend for families!

I stayed for 2 nights in a Double or Twin Room. The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy atmosphere. Loved the little sitting area and the cool art on the walls. The coffee machine was a nice bonus, and it even had great air conditioning. The only downside was the lack of an elevator, so hauling my luggage up the stairs was a bit of a workout!
